Pay in full 80 days prior to your surf camp date and receive a $200 discount.
Payment plan/ deposit
Pay 30% today to reserve your spot. The remaining 70% is due 70 days prior to retreat.
Cancellation Policy

Cancel 3 months or more prior to the retreat start date: refund of your payment and charged a cancellation fee charge of $600 applies.

Cancel 60 – 30 days prior to the retreat start date: a cancellation fee of 75% of your total retreat package will apply.

Cancel 29 – 15 days prior to the retreat start date: a cancellation fee of 85% of your total retreat package will apply.

Cancel 14 days or fewer prior to the retreat start date - you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, including but not limited to weather, personal emergencies, flight cancellations, or delays. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Protection Insurance.
In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled due to weather or any other unforeseen "Act of God", your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled event.
There is no refund for arriving late or leaving the retreat early.
Liability Release Forms
Guest who fails to provide personal information and signed liability release forms prior to your departure will not be allowed to join the retreat. The above cancellation policy will apply. Liability release forms will be sent along with your Welcome Packet (with further retreat information) once you have reserved a trip.
